CleanApp plugin terms of service

Effective October 5, 2026.

These terms describe your use of the CleanApp plugin, miniapp and web preview at live.cleanapp.io/openai, provided by CleanApp. Contact us at b@cleanapp.io. Please read these terms and our integration privacy notice before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use this integration.

What the service does

You can search existing public observations, prepare a physical or digital problem report, send an approved report to CleanApp, and check its intake receipt. This integration is free to use, does not require a CleanApp account, and offers no payments or rewards. Your AI host or network provider may have separate charges and terms.

A draft is not a submitted report. We send a report into CleanApp’s private quarantine review lane only after you approve the preview. This integration does not automatically publish a report or notify a responsible party. A receipt confirms intake, not investigation, notification, action or resolution. Public observations may be historical, incomplete or inaccurate.

Use responsibly

Describe what you observed accurately and distinguish facts from suspicions. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, private keys, unnecessary personal information or confidential records. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, malicious instructions, spam, unauthorized access or attempts to obtain someone else’s private records.

CleanApp is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch responders. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly. Follow the eligibility rules of the AI platform you use; do not use this integration if that platform does not permit you to do so.

Your reports and privacy

You retain any rights you hold in your report. You give CleanApp a non-exclusive permission to receive, store, analyze and process the content as necessary to provide this reporting and review service, including through service providers described in the privacy notice. These terms do not authorize automatic public publication through this integration. Personal-data handling is explained in the privacy notice and the CleanApp privacy policy.

Review the full preview before sending. Keep your private tracking link secure: anyone holding it can read that receipt and its intake status until the token expires. Contact support with the receipt identifier to request a correction, report misuse or make a privacy request. Do not email your private tracking token or secrets.

Availability and limitations

We take reasonable care in operating the integration, but it may be unavailable, rate limited or affected by errors and third-party outages. Do not rely on it for time-critical decisions. If sending fails or times out, check the receipt or retry the same draft to avoid duplicates. Search results and generated summaries are informational and should be verified before you rely on them.

We may limit or suspend abusive use, protect service security, or change or discontinue features. You can stop using the service and disconnect or uninstall the plugin at any time. Disconnection alone does not delete an already submitted report; use the contact in the privacy notice for a deletion request.

Changes, questions and your rights

We will date changes to these terms on this page. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable law determines those rights and available remedies.

For questions or complaints about this integration, contact b@cleanapp.io and include a concise description of the issue.
