Getting help
Describe what you tried, what happened, and roughly when. If you have a report receipt, include its receipt identifier. Do not send your private tracking link, passwords or sensitive personal information. Screenshots are optional; remove unrelated or private details first.
What a receipt means
A received report is in CleanApp’s private review lane. Its intake status does not mean the issue has been published, sent to a responsible party or fixed. Keep the tracking link you received to check that receipt.
Common issues
If a search has no results, try a different issue, place or product name. Results cover existing public observations and are not a complete or real-time map. If a submission times out, check its receipt or retry the same draft. If you see a rate-limit message, wait before trying again.
Corrections, privacy and removal
Use the same email for report corrections, abuse reports, access or deletion requests. Include the receipt identifier where relevant; we may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. See our privacy notice and terms of service.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly. CleanApp cannot dispatch responders.
